"I have been using TP for more than 2 years now but I have never been shouted at by any reader. I spoke to her about 19 minutes 57 seconds and listened to her very carefully before asking her question to clarify. She couldn't clarify and was denying her statements and then started blaming me for not listening to her properly (which is wrong cause I paid serious attention to what she said). "
