4. Keep a Diary

It is easy to forget the good things in your life, but sometimes forgetting the bad is difficult. Writing stuff down the things you are grateful for will help you see that you have more blessings than you may have previously thought. Gratitude is a powerful tool that will help you on your spiritual journey. By writing down what you are grateful for, you can open yourself up to more blessings and abundance.

5. Learn to Forgive

Even though you do not have to do any training to forgive someone, it is one of the hardest things to do.
