Dissapointed

I spent some days trying to speak with this reader due to the reviews but quite dissapointed. Although the reading resonated it didn't offer any validations and was done in a few minutes. No communication, person coming forward, 3rd party involved, me worrying. I had to push for info but the same thing was repeated.
